Skull practice

Anatomy practiiiiiiceeee....

My first drawing I made with my new Wacom Intuos4 small in Photoshop CS5.1.

Save me, lonely lion...

A promotional poster I made for a new school project. It is called 'Pony' by the Dutch writer Rob de Graaf and you can compare it with 'Natural Born Killers' from Oliver Stone and Quentin Tarantino.

2011-2012 Meme

1. What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
Became more positive about things; I did a killer audition for a movie/tv series, which increased my confidence (unfortunately, I did not go any further than the audition); became more serious and more professional in my field (acting).

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I didn't keep the most important resolutions (such as finding a new job), but I did became better in art and in school. So I want to keep that in 2012 and become much better.
In 2012 I want to find a job; buy a Wacom Tablet; hopefully find my true love; go to Italy (Rome!!), Paris or London; become a better actress; find a summer job in an amusement park; laugh and cry more; go on a holiday with my friends; spend more time with my dad; get a whole new garderobe; do something different with my hair; survive the Apocalypse (!!); decorate my new room; read more books; write a story; listen to new music; direct my own theater-play; do my upmost in school and art.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Yes.

4. Did anyone close to you die?

Yes, a few weeks ago a suffered from the flu for a few days.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
I don't really know/remember, I think make up and clothes.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
My parents, Brigitte, a few funny dudes from school (Melle, Rick, Stans, Laura, Simone, Thijs, Merijn - I love you and your humor. Please don't die in 2012!).
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
Not much; my dad for a while, Merijn and Melle for a while, the average individuals on the street/in the stores who always have something to complain about.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Food, clothes, make up.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Disneyland Paris, mffff!!

16. What song will always remind you of 2011?
My #1 most played song on iTunes; Laura Marling - Devil's Spoke. And so many more, the list would go on and on and on...

I. happier?

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
This year, I mostly thought of myself, instead of others.

20. How did you spend Christmas?
On the first day I was at my mom's and we made our own dinner (soup, potatos, green beans wrapped in a piece of pork and ice cream) and my grandparents and my mom's boyfriend came over to eat with us; the second day at my dad's we did nothing special, we ate French fries and watch a movie.

Yes, one time.

22. How many one-night stands?

I don't know, so many...

38. Tell us a valuable life lesson(s) you learned in 2011?
Each person on Earth make mistakes. Always forgive them, because if you make mistakes, you also want people to forgive you. Treat people as you would like to be treated. Living your life without fantasy and dreams is like eating French fries with no mayo and ketchup.

39. Quote a song lyrics that sums up your year.
Sometimes it's hard to say even one thing true
When all eyes have turned aside
They used to talk to you
And people on the street seem to disapprove
So you keep moving away
And forget what you wanted to say

No, not really. That's why I want to make a big change in 2012!
